I offer 1:1 brand consulting sessions for $299 🇨🇦 so you get my eyes (and brain) on your brand. We can dive into your messaging, visuals, even your Canva files to figure out whatever is keeping you stuck!
And if you do decide you need a full rebrand, that session gets credited toward your brand package. it's a no-risk way to figure out what you actually need!
Bold branding starts with clarity
Step 1: Discovery call and booking proposal
It starts with a free discovery call. Just you, me, and a no-pressure conversation to see if we vibe.
If your gut says “Yes, this is my person”...you book in.
Easy peasy.
Then comes a cute little booking proposal in your inbox.
Once your deposit’s in, you’ll get a deep-dive questionnaire so I can learn all about your business.
Step 2: Your brand recipe (strategy)...
From there, I roll up my sleeves and start creating your Brand Recipe (your brand strategy)!
I blend together your voice, your values, your vibe...everything that makes you the main ingredient. We refine the guide together until it captures your brand's soul: what you do, who you serve, and how you show up.
This part sets the tone for everything else. Because when your strategy is solid, every post, pitch, and page starts to flow with clarity and confidence.
Step 3: Your moodboard and brand colours...
I usually create two or three, based on your strategy and my intuitive feel for your energy.
Sure, colour psychology is a thing.
But your brand isn’t built by a formula....it’s built by feel because it’s a living breathing, expression of YOU.
We keep refining until one of them hits that full-body yes.
Step 4: Your logos...
Then it’s logo time. I start sketching ideas based on what I feel for your brand...shapes, symbols, or styles that just click.
And hey—hot take? Your logo is the least important part of your brand...But it still matters.
I typically use Adobe Illustrator and Fresco iPad to bring the sketches to life.
Your final logo suite will always be delivered as vector files so they look crisp on everything from a business card to a billboard.
Step 5: Your fonts...
While the graphics are coming together, I’m also off scouring the internet for fonts that feel just right for your brand.
Something unique.
Something with personality.
Something that makes you go, “ohhh yes, that’s it.”
For your website and social media posts, we want to stick to fonts that are legible, accessible, and still feel like you...because if people can’t read it, they’ll scroll right past it.
Step 5: Your branding comes together!
I package everything up for your Visual Brand Guide (your colours, fonts, and full logo suite).
If needed, you’ll have up to three rounds of edits, but most of the time, it takes a tweak or two to get everything feeling just right.
After you’ve given your final approval, I pull everything together into one easy-to-use folder you can come back to anytime!
